Launch of Joey My Coach !

Initially from the Rhône Alpes region between Lyon and Grenoble, and from an international trade training with EM Normandy, and many stays abroad, I’ve been in Normandy for a few years now.

Following my previous position for which I came to Normandy as an export sales / marketing and trainer program manager (long live multitasking!), I had the wonderful life experience of becoming a mother.

During my pregnancy, I questioned the meaning of my life and I decided to take the road to my personal development by doing what I had always dreamed of: accompanying others in their success.A business/personal life balance was essential for my well-being and I had a desire to undertake for years that needed to materialize.

I therefore followed a certified coach training with the International Coaching Institute in Geneva, as well as several complementary training in neuro-linguistic programming, in the release of negative emotional imprints, in positive psychology, non-violent communication and relaxology.

I created the company Joey My Coach in April 2022 and I have been accompanying people who want a change, an improvement in their lives, but for whom blockages prevent them from advancing in their professional and personal life.

Coaching is done in distanciel by visio, I work for individuals and in business for employees or manager and also teams (group of 10 maximum).

I work on issues such as

• Boron-out, burn-out (in parallel with psychotherapy)

Coaching is carried out to the rhythm of the coached, it is himself who brings his problem and we trace together so that he is emerging from it.The commitment is real because together we establish an action plan with a follow -up after session.
