Codev: an effective method to improve collaboration and productivity

This method is designed to help professionals develop their skills, find solutions to specific problems, strengthen collaboration and develop self-confidence and confidence in others.

The codev takes place with 6 to 8 participants and can last from 1:30 to 2 hours. A Codev starts with the selection of an issue to be treated during the session. Only one problem is treated per session, this is the framework conducive to everyone's expression.
